A pressure point and specialised eye massage lifts, firms and smoothes, followed by the use of unique ‘red light therapy’ to tighten and tone your eye area. A complete anti-ageing eye treatment to reduce fine lines, wrinkles and dark circles and put the sparkle back into your eyes. A real eye-opening experience.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Thank you for choosing The Collagen Lounge! To ensure the best possible experience, please review our booking policy: Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance to secure your preferred time slot. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will incur a £30 fee. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to ensure the next client is not delayed. Full treatment fees will still apply. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments that may affect your service. If you feel unwell, please contact us to reschedule. Children and Guests: To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly request no children or additional guests during your appointment. Payment: Payment can be made via our online booking system or cash/ card at time of appointment. Full payment is required prior to your treatment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
